Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the R&D and commercialization of technologies related to energy conservation and carbon reduction in petrochemical processes, as well as the reduction and resource recovery of “three wastes.” 2. Track the development trends of new technologies for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the petrochemical industry; conduct preliminary technical research; formulate R&D goals and plans; and lead the entire process—from project initiation to small-scale trials and pilot tests—for projects under your responsibility. 3. Responsible for the scheme design of technology commercialization projects, developing project schedules, and organizing their implementation. 4. Based on the company’s overall arrangements, carry out energy-saving and carbon-reduction technology improvements on existing petrochemical facilities, prepare technical solutions, and organize their implementation. Job Requirements: 1. Master’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with majors in chemical engineering, chemical technology, environmental engineering, or related fields. Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with extensive experience. 2. At least 5 years of experience as a project leader in the design, R&D, or technical renovation of energy-saving and carbon-reduction processes for petrochemical facilities. 3. Experience in the development and commercialization of energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies such as waste heat recovery, heat exchanger optimization, high-efficiency separation, evaporation and crystallization, resource recovery of “three wastes,” and optimization of circulating water systems in petrochemical processes. 4. Proficient in at least one of the following process technologies: crude oil processing, olefins, aromatics, etc. Priority will be given to candidates with experience as project leaders in energy-saving and environmental protection projects at engineering companies or design institutes.
