Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the research and development of energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies related to petrochemical process waste heat recovery, energy-efficient distillation, zero-discharge wastewater treatment, and emission reduction/recycling of exhaust gases and solid wastes, as well as for translating these innovations into practical applications. 2. Oversee the development of new technologies and their engineering applications in the petrochemical industry, focusing on energy conservation, carbon reduction, and treatment of "three wastes." This includes preparing project technical proposals and ensuring their effective implementation. 3. Lead technical improvements for existing petrochemical facilities and take charge of organizing and executing projects under your responsibility. Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree or higher; candidates with relevant majors such as Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering are preferred. For highly experienced applicants, educational requirements may be relaxed accordingly. 2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a project leader in areas such as petrochemical process unit design, utility engineering, or energy-saving and carbon-reduction technology upgrades. 3. Proficient in process technologies related to one or more of the following: crude oil refining, olefins, aromatics, and petrochemical utilities. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience at engineering firms or organizations specializing in energy efficiency and environmental protection design.

Candidates must possess a strong academic background, outstanding academic performance, and exceptional overall qualities.
