Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end-to-end management of all company projects and contracts, including preliminary project approval, partner selection, request-for-quotations and price comparisons, initial contract review, and progress monitoring, among other tasks.
2. Coordinate across multiple departments, including business, finance, legal, and marketing; promptly identify issues, risks, and schedule deviations in project and contract execution; and assist in conducting post‑project reviews.
3. Assist in refining departmental functions such as project management, contract management, and data reporting, and promote the implementation of standardized and compliant business practices.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, with a graduation from a key university in China or abroad;
2. 5 years of work experience; proficient in various office software applications. Candidates with experience in project management or business administration are preferred.
3. Overall Qualities: Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility; adept at communication and coordination, and highly capable of execution.
