Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the remote, real-time monitoring of key units, pump‑compressor clusters, and electrical and instrumentation‑control systems at the petrochemical production base, enabling precise visualization of various operating parameters, including vibration, spectrum analysis, shaft orbit, temperature, pressure, and process variables.
2. Responsible for establishing and updating equipment monitoring logs and alarm records;
3. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the remote diagnostic platform, including conducting sensor calibration, data quality checks, and verifying system operational status.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Major: Associate’s degree or higher in Process Equipment and Control, Chemical Engineering Machinery, Automation, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Experience in equipment operation and maintenance, routine inspections, or the operation of rotating machinery (pumps, compressors, steam turbines) and condition monitoring within the refining, petrochemical, or synthetic fiber industries; candidates with experience at professional monitoring organizations are preferred.
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in operating equipment remote monitoring platforms; familiar with the operating principles of common sensors such as vibration, temperature, and pressure; candidates with knowledge of refining, ethylene, PTA, polyester, and other process flows are preferred.
4. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to work night shifts; candidates holding a Vibration Analyst certification (ISO Cat II/III) or relevant equipment inspection/monitoring certifications will be given priority.
