Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conducting R&D activities on relevant science and technology projects (covering areas such as chemicals, catalysts, polyolefins, elastomers, engineering plastics, and composite materials), and participating in the entire project lifecycle.
2. Collaborate on scale-up experiments for R&D projects (pilot-scale or industrial-scale operations);
3. Participate in project-related technical exchanges, scientific and technological development, and the commercialization of research outcomes.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher through the national unified enrollment system (PhD preferred), with a background in chemical engineering, applied chemistry, polymer materials, materials science and engineering, industrial catalysis, or related fields;
2. Proficient in using software related to chemical materials and capable of operating chemical instruments and equipment.
