Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for in-depth analysis of equipment malfunctions and alarms at the chemical production base, accurately identifying root causes, and preparing professional, standardized fault diagnosis reports.
2. Organize multidisciplinary consultations for complex and critical equipment failures at the chemical production base, and prepare diagnostic reports and remediation plans.
3. Lead the development of technical standards for remote diagnostics, diagnostic guidelines, alarm threshold specifications, and inspection‑and‑maintenance strategies, and coordinate the standardized and normative implementation of diagnostic activities across the entire site.
4. Responsible for formulating the technical roadmap for the remote diagnostics service center;
5. Review major fault diagnosis reports, maintenance strategies, technical upgrade plans, and risk assessment reports to ensure technical quality; participate in addressing and resolving critical equipment failures.
6. Collaborate with the Equipment Management Department of the production base to implement a comprehensive equipment lifecycle management system; engage with equipment manufacturers, universities, and research institutes to monitor cutting-edge industry technologies.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Power Engineering, Chemical Machinery, Process Equipment and Control, Automation, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: At least ten years of senior-level experience in equipment management, condition monitoring, and fault diagnosis within the large-scale petrochemical, refining, and polyester‑fiber industries; candidates with experience in establishing and operating remote diagnostic centers and coordinating multi‑site operations are preferred.
3. Professional Expertise: Proficient in the failure mechanisms of rotating and reciprocating machinery, with specialized knowledge in rotor dynamics, fluid dynamics, and related fields; capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams—including equipment, instrumentation, electrical systems, and process engineering—to conduct integrated diagnostics; possesses the ability to develop industry‑wide technical standards.
4. Competencies and Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates holding ISO Vibration Analyst Cat IV certification or national-/industry-level equipment diagnostics expert certifications.
