Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management of carbon fiber polymerization process packages and process technologies;
2. Responsible for the development of new integrated processes;
3. Responsible for small-scale and pilot-scale experiments, proposing improvement plans, and optimizing and refining the data package.
4. Responsible for preparing process packages (process descriptions, PFDs, PIDs, equipment lists, operation manuals, etc.).
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering, new materials, chemical equipment, or a related field, with 5 or more years of work experience in free-radical polymerization.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in two-step acrylonitrile polymerization operations, who are proficient in multi-effect distillation and steam stripping fractionation, and who have a solid grasp of polymer swelling, dissolution, and purification processes.
3. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the process package development procedures and industry standards in the fine chemical or petrochemical industries.
