Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for optimizing hydrogenation reaction processes (including fluidized bed, fixed bed, slurry bed, etc.) at the small-scale and pilot-scale levels.
2. Connect small-scale trials with process package development, analyze data from small-scale and pilot-scale experiments, operate experimental equipment, propose improvement plans, and ensure the smooth operation of the pilot-scale facility.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, with 5 or more years of relevant work experience; for candidates with extensive experience, the educational requirement may be appropriately relaxed.
2. Possess experience in pilot-scale or industrial-scale hydrogenation reactions, and be familiar with the process package development procedures and industry standards in the fine chemical or petrochemical industries.
3. Preference will be given to those who are familiar with preparing process packages (PFD, PID, equipment lists, operation manuals, etc.) and possess a collaborative spirit.
