Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for technical validation of the development of olefin polymerization process flows;
2. Construction and operation of a pilot-scale olefin polymerization facility;
3. Responsible for pilot-scale technology development of new polyolefin products and the development of new olefin polymerization processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, with 5 or more years of relevant work experience; for candidates with extensive experience, the educational requirement may be appropriately relaxed.
2. Possess experience in polyolefin process development or new product development, as well as experience in managing pilot-scale or industrial-scale upscaling projects.
3. Hardworking and able to endure hardship, with a spirit of teamwork.
