Background significance
◆RTO and RCO combustion technologies are currently used for waste gas treatment in the petrochemical industry. There are problems of high cost, high energy consumption, waste of resources and secondary pollution. The development of temperature and pressure change absorption and desordering coupling process technology can achieve low energy consumption and high reuse rate of VOCs treatment; the treatment method of VOCs in the storage and transportation of liquid chemicals has problems such as high energy consumption and low efficiency. A closed circulation system can be developed to achieve zero VOCs emissions in this process.
◆ This technology can form independent intellectual property rights, and the developed advanced materials can replace imports.

◆ Key technologies: development of VOCs chemical pressure swing adsorption desorbed coupling recovery process and high-efficiency adsorption material technology; development of breathing air closed circulation system technology during the loading and unloading of liquid chemicals;
◆Indicators: Main adsorbent: Bulk density ≥0.62g/ml, compressive strength: ≥30.0N, wear rate ≤2.0%, particle size pass rate ≥95%, burning loss ≤1.0.The hydrolysis resistance is ≥12h, the number of cycles is ≥1500, and the adsorption capacity is ≥450g/kg; there is zero VOCs discharge during the loading and unloading of liquid chemicals.
