The low-energy sulfur recovery green technology was independently developed by Zhejiang Dongjiang Green Petrochemical Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. This technology mainly includes: three-stage Claus sulfur production, tail gas selective oxidation, liquid sulfur degassing waste gas recycling treatment, tail gas incineration, and flue gas alkali desulfurization. Main Technical Features
- Using a steam ejector to pressurize the liquid sulfur degassing waste gas before sending it to the Claus reactor for sulfur recovery, reducing the concentration of SO in the flue gas at the outlet of the incinerator to about 200-300mg/Nm³. 2的浓度约200-300mg/Nm³。
- Using deoxygenated water to recover waste heat from the flue gas at the incinerator outlet, increasing the production of superheated steam in the unit.
- Using multi-scale alkali desulfurization technology to recover SO in the flue gas 2,最终排放烟气中SO2 The content of SO in the finally discharged flue gas ≤35 mg/Nm³.
- Using independently developed ultra-low nitrogen oxide burner and steam mixed combustion technology. The core technology of low nitrogen oxide emission is to introduce a stream of steam into the burner, where the steam and fuel gas are fully mixed and burned. At high temperatures, steam and hydrocarbons react to produce a large amount of H 2 、CO, creating a reducing atmosphere. The enhanced reducing atmosphere further reduces the NO produced during combustion to N 2 ,and the H and OH radicals produced by the dissociation of water vapor can inhibit the oxidation of HCN to NO. Their combined effect reduces the amount of NO produced.
- Under normal operating conditions, the SO content of the flue gas discharged by the device 2 ≤35 mg/Nm³, and the NOx content ≤50 mg/Nm³.
- The unit has low energy consumption, and the process calculated energy consumption is about -150 kgoe/t sulfur.
