Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of carboxylic acid hydrogenation catalysts and reaction processes;
2. Maintain laboratory safety and environment;
3. Product separation and purification process development.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, preferably in industrial catalysis, chemical engineering, chemical reaction engineering, or related fields;
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience, familiar with autoclaves, fixed-bed reactors, and other equipment, proficient in operating gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, infrared spectrometers, and other analytical instruments; good at observing experimental phenomena, diligent in thinking, proactive in problem-solving, and possessing a certain degree of creativity;
3. Preference given to candidates with experience in corporate research institutes, with integrity and a collaborative spirit.
