Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for R&D and technology transfer related to energy conservation and carbon reduction in petrochemical processes, as well as the reduction and resource recovery of “three wastes.”
2. Track the development trends of new technologies for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the petrochemical industry, conduct preliminary technical research, set R&D goals and plans, and take the lead in implementing the entire project lifecycle—from project initiation to small-scale trials and pilot tests—within the scope of responsibility.
3. Responsible for the scheme design of technology transfer projects, developing project schedules, and organizing their implementation.
4. Based on the company’s overall planning, carry out energy-saving and carbon-reduction technology upgrades to existing petrochemical facilities, prepare technical proposals, and organize their implementation.
Job requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with majors in chemical engineering, chemical technology, environmental engineering, or related fields. For candidates with extensive experience, the educational requirement may be relaxed appropriately.
2. Possess at least 5 years of experience as a project leader in the design, R&D, or technical upgrades of process packages related to energy conservation and carbon reduction for petrochemical facilities.
3. Experience in developing and commercializing energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies, including waste heat recovery from petrochemical processes, heat exchanger optimization, high-efficiency separation, evaporation and crystallization, resource recovery from “three wastes,” and optimization of circulating water systems.
3. Proficient in the process technologies of at least one of the following related units: crude oil processing, olefins, and aromatics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as project leaders for energy-saving and environmental protection projects in engineering companies or design institutes.
