Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 15 years or more of relevant work experience;
2. Proficient in relevant policies, regulations, and application procedures, with experience in industry-academia-research-application and coordination capabilities among government, enterprises, universities, and scientific and technological associations;
3. Experience in science and technology management at domestic universities is preferred.
